To meet different process requirements and applications, we not only provide the normal torque series, but also the high torque series, which gearbox are designed by our own comapny.

the series of SJC twin screw extruder:

A: normal series (n≤500r/min, T/A³∠6)

B: high speed series(n≥600r/min, T/A³∠6)

C: high torque series(n≤500r/min, T/A³≥8)

D: high speed and high torque series(n≥600r/min, T/A³≥8)

The 4^th edition high torque&high speed gearboxes been successfully pushed on the market in the end of 2009 year, which characteristics are:

1. Re-design the structure of gearbox to reduce the noises, on the 1 meter distance,the value of noise is below 80+2dB(A).

2. All the gears processed by the German imported gear grinder to enhance its precision.

3. Optimize the gear teeth to increase the meshing surface and the lifetime of the gear parts.

4. Adopt the SKF bearings, which are Sweden products, lifetime is more than 20000 hours.

5. The function of pressure and spray is designed to the lubrication system to ensure the lubricating effect.

6. The out-way designed cooling system equipped to guarantee the low temperature for the gearbox.
